K-W Oktoberfest Atom International Tournament

Cost: 

• AAA - $995.00 CDN or US - No Gate Fees - Four (4) game guarantee.
• All Other Divisions - $850.00 CDN or US - No Gate Fees - Three (3) game guarantee.
• US teams must pay in US funds
  
  Cheques should be made payable to K-W Oktoberfest Atom Tournament and can be postdated to September 1/2010.
  
  Registration Deadline: September 15, 2010
  
  The following Information must be completed prior to the September 15, 2010 deadline:
  1. Completed on line registration (see links on this page)
  2. Mail tournament fees to: Waterloo Minor Hockey Association c/o K-W Oktoberfest Atom International Tournament, RIM Park, Suite 106, 2001 University Avenue, Waterloo, Ontario, N2K 4K4
  
  Bring With You to Registration:
• Travel permits/permission from your home association to attend. 
• Regular and affiliated players approved team roster, HC cards or Hockey US Registration.
  
  Eligibility - Atom aged Players (2000)
  This is an ATOM (2000) Tournament for players born after December 31st, 1999.
  Only players with approved team rosters, HC cards or Hockey US Registered will be permitted to play.
  
  A maximum of nineteen (19) players may participate in any one game. However, a total of twenty-one (21) players may be registered (three (3) of which may be goalies) and substituted from game to game.
  
  There shall be a maximum of five (5) team officials registered to any team.
  
  Travel Permit
  All teams must obtain a travel permit/permission from your home association to attend.
  
  Admission
